Decide what is included and how you will actually GENERATE revenue and not just simply ‘break even’. This step includes creating payment options, how you will get those payments, and penalties for canceling. We’ll look at areas for you to ‘upsell’ and promote follow up support to help you generate more revenue AT the event.
Price Your Event
If so, create a list of who or what that would be and engage them (note, paying said speakers or collaborators is NOT included in my fee but we can discuss if and how we could work this out).
Decide if Engaging Guest Speakers or Collaborators Will Enhance the Experience

Map Out a Schedule or Itinerary of Your Vision
We’ll plan what the EXPERIENCE will be like for participants. We will outline the vision of the outcome of the event and what your participants will walk away with, including follow up support (often left off the table in most retreat planning and a lost revenue opportunity).
Create a Vision and Purpose for Your Retreat or Event
